Credit Suisse and Jarden end affiliation agreement – The Australian Financial Review
The alliance between Credit Suisse Australia and Kiwi-broker-turned-rival Jarden is no more.

A couple of months before that, Jarden had nabbed Credit Suisse equities trader Chris Tolj.
With the affiliation agreement now over although the nuts and bolts of the transition out of it would be figured out over coming months a few questions remain.
Chief among those is where will Jarden’s balance sheet now come from and how will it underwrite deals given Credit Suisse used to effectively guarantee the underwrite.
