Two dead after head-on collision at Toolern Vale, north-west of Melbourne

Two drivers have been killed in a head-on collision, north-west of Melbourne this morning, involving a car police allege was stolen.

Police say officers who had intercepted a vehicle at Toolern Vale saw a Holden Cruise speeding along Diggers Rest-Coimadai Road.
