‘Their brand is talent’: Sheedy, Roos take aim at diabolical Giants – The Age
Kevin Sheedy has written off GWS’ premiership chances while Paul Roos said their horror defeat to Sydney was more proof they have no discernible style of play.
There is no respite next week with the Giants to take on premiership favourites West Coast in Perth.
Sheedy, the club’s inaugural coach, had said leading into the derby he wanted the Giants to become more “ruthless” but their effort against the Swans was a long way short of that, and cast grave doubts over whether they can recover.
