Two puppies found with mouths taped shut in Ipswich bushland prompting RSPCA investigation
An investigation is underway after two puppies were found with their mouths taped in bushland in Queensland.
The puppies, believed to be between four- and five-months-old, were discovered on Robin St, Chuwar in Ipswich, by a member of the public on Saturday.
