150 jobs in doubt as Bega winds down peanut processing plants in Queensland
Bega Group has announced it will close two of its peanut processing plants, putting the jobs of about 150 people in doubt.
The Peanut Company of Australia (PCA), which was bought by Bega Group in 2017, has two plants: Tolga in Far North Queensland and Kingaroy in the South Burnett.
