Victorias premier says a concerning rise in coronavirus cases in regional Victoria could mean Stage 4 restrictions are imposed if the numbers are not brought under control.
On Thursday, Premier Daniel Andrews revealed a significant growth in cases in Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo.
That is of obvious concern to us, he said.
Andrews hopes increased testing will slow the number of new cases in the regions but has not ruled out further restrictions being imposed.
