Ivan Cleary got the Warriors to the grand final by developing players, the club are looking to replicate that.

Ivan Clearly has endorsed the Warriors plans to become a development club again.
Cleary, whose table topping Panthers take on the Warriors at Central Coast Stadium on Friday night, was the last Warriors coach to lead them to any sort of success.
In 2011, he guided the Warriors to the NRL grand final, leaving straight afterwards for his first stint at the Panthers.
Since then, the Warriors have finished in the top eight just once and the production line of home grown players has dried up.
