Sunshine Coast teen tells jury he stabbed stepdad in self-defence during ‘bear hug’ struggle
A Sunshine Coast teenager has told a jury he stabbed his stepfather repeatedly because he was trying to “break free” from his “bear hug”.
The now 18-year-old, who cannot be identified as he was 16 at the time, pleaded not guilty to murder last week.
