Matthew Lloyd urges Essendon: ‘If Joe’s heart still isn’t in it, do not have him any longer’ – Fox Sports
Essendon legend Matthew Lloyd says “the time has come” for his former club to let Joe Daniher go as a new clubs enters the race for the key forward’s services.

The Age reported on Wednesday night that the Brisbane Lions are interested in possibly recruiting Daniher as a free agent or via a trade, although they have yet to formally approach him.
Like the Bombers, Brisbane is keen to see the injury-prone Daniher play this year following several injury-interrupted seasons due to groin and, more recently, calf issues.
