Fire department charged two years after Nash’s death

Charges have been laid two years after the death of a firefighter in a warehouse blaze.

Izabella Nash died in hospital after she was trapped in a building at Slacks Creek, Logan, in May 2023.

Her colleague Lia Drew was also seriously injured.
