Sikh Lane a WA first as Dongara puts multicultural history on the map
An unnamed lane in WA’s Midwest has become the site of a state-first commemoration of the Sikh people.
Coastal lobster-fishing hamlet Dongara, 360 kilometres north of Perth, came alive on Saturday as 200 people crowded into newly named Sikh Lane for its official opening.
