Two teenagers arrested over alleged car theft linked to fatal collision in Rowville

Police have arrested two teenagers over a car theft allegedly linked to a fatal crash in Melbourne’s south-east that claimed the lives of two boys.
The boys, aged 15 and 16, died after crashing a car they had allegedly stolen into a tree on Kelletts Road, Rowville on Sunday morning.
