Man caught allegedly stealing 10 car keys as Queensland battles flood from ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred

A man has been arrested after allegedly stealing 10 sets of car keys in an area affected by ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred.
The 44-year-old man was caught parking his car, which had false registration plates, in floodwaters in Rocklea, Brisbane’s south, about 11pm on Saturday.
