Ipswich, Lockyer Valley on high alert as major flooding intensifies

Heavy rainfall from ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred is causing severe flooding in parts of Ipswich, Laidley, and the Lockyer Valley.
Authorities warned on Monday afternoon a number of creeks and rivers were at risk of flooding nearby towns.
