I got a vasectomy a few months ago. A vasectomy is when they cut and tie off the vas deferens, which are these little tubes in your ball sack (scrotum) so that theres no sperm (sperm) in your jizz (semen) when you bust (ejaculate). I did this because my wife and I dont want her to get pregnant again.
