Snake bite leaves Preston woman fighting for life in Mackay hospital

A woman is fighting for life after she was bitten by a snake in the Whitsundays.
The woman, aged in her 40s, was bitten on the foot at a home in Preston, east of Proserpine, about 7.26pm on Sunday.
