Family parts with home of 63 years in “emotional” goodbye at auction

Two elderly homeowners experienced an “emotional” sale after parting with their home of 63 years at a morning auction.

The three-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 43 Royds St, Carina, is a post-war residence that’s been kept largely unchanged and in pristine condition for decades.
