Gordonvale homes flooded as weather bureau eyes further north Queensland rain
A “pocket of heavy rain” could hit communities across parts of the Burdekin, around Bowen and the Whitsundays on Wednesday night, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
It comes after two people were rescued from flooded homes south of Cairns on Wednesday.
