Queensland coroner to examine whether system failures led to death of Elizabeth Struhs

A coronial inquest is set to examine whether there were system failures that led to the death of eight-year-old Elizabeth Struhs.

Elizabeth Struhs, a diabetic, died at her home in Toowoomba on Queensland’s Darling Downs in January 2022 after her insulin was withheld.
