Police release footage of standover man threatening to burn Victorian tobacco shop
Police have released footage they say shows the standover tactics being used by criminals targeting regional Victorian tobacco shop owners.
They also are appealing for public help in identifying a man in the video.
A Wangaratta tobacco store was targeted by two men in July 2023.
