Man drowns in Murrumbidgee River at Pine Island in Canberra’s south
A 21-year-old man has drowned at Pine Island in Canberra’s south.
It’s understood the man was swimming in the Murrumbidgee River with family and friends when he experienced trouble in the water and failed to resurface on Sunday afternoon.
