Melbourne champion Garry Lyon has called out the AFL following the latest fine handed to Richmond superstar Dustin Martin for striking, claiming the league is “kidding itself” if it thought it was stamping out off-ball jabs.

Martin was charged following an incident with Tom Rockliff during the Tigers recent loss to Port Adelaide at the Adelaide Oval.
The Brownlow Medallist was charged with striking (fixed financial sanction) by Match Review Officer Michael Christian.
