Watsons Bay Hotel owner Fraser Short buys southern NSW pub in Jugiong from mother and daughter for $14m – The Australian Financial Review
Publican Fraser Short has snapped up a country NSW hotel that has gone from a wreck to a regional tourism powerhouse.
Its accommodation eight barn villas and three stables suites is running at an occupancy rate of 95 per cent.
