Life360 buys Tile for nearly $300m – The Australian Financial Review
Family tracking app Life360 has acquired bluetooth tracking device company Tile for $US205 million in a cash and scrip deal.

Mr Hulls, who was an angel investor in Tile more than 10 years ago, said the company had always been on his radar.
