It’s 800 kilometres from the tiny community of Robinson River to the nearest major centre in Katherine.

It’s tucked away in the corner of the Gulf of Carpentaria and used to dealing with the isolation that comes each wet season, as roads are blocked and cyclones threaten to flatten homes.
