Arzani makes debut for FC Utrecht – The World Game
Daniel Arzani has made his first appearance for new club FC Utrecht in a preseason friendly against Go Ahead Eagles.
The Socceroos rising star played 30 minutes for the Eredivisie side on Sunday going down 1-0.
The friendly was broken up into two matches of 60 minutes due to sweltering heat in the Netherlands with Arzani only featuring in the first match.
The 21-year-old said the hit-out was a great chance to get his first taste of match action with his new club.
It was just good to get the minutes in the legs. I think thats the most important thing, Arzani said.
