Automotive giant Groupe PSA has committed to powering its vehicle infotainment systems with Google’s open-source platform, Android Automotive OS, from 2023.
This move, which sees the group’s brands join new partner Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (now all part of the newly created Stellantis group) in adopting the Google-built architecture, will affect both the Peugeot and Citroen brands in Australia. Although not offered here, DS, Vauxhall and Opel models will also get the new system.
