NT police officer ‘may have committed offences’ in connection with partner’s death, coroner finds

The Northern Territory coroner has referred the death of a woman involved in an alleged abusive relationship with a serving police officer to prosecutors and the police commissioner, and criticised the handling of multiple reports of domestic violence in the years before her death.
