Mark McGowan arrives in Carnarvon after Cleo Smith found alive and well
WA Premier Mark McGowan has described Cleo Smith as a “delightful little girl” after he met the four-year-old and her family in Carnarvon following the little girl’s dramatic rescue on Tuesday.
