Qld butchers making a killing but bleeding apprentices

The apprentice butcher workforce has collapsed in parts of suburban Brisbane.
In the fast-growing south-west electorate of Oxley, only 11 trainee butchers were signed up at the end of last year, compared to almost 250 in mid-2013.
