Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment remains part of AT&T and isn’t being sold yet – Windows Central
According to a letter from WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is remaining part of the Studios and Networks group. For now, it appears the division isn’t being sold.

Reports over the last couple of months have indicated that Warner Media parent company AT&T is interested in selling Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, a gaming division that comprises studios such as Rocksteady Games, NetherRealm Studios, Monolith Productions and more.
