‘Made the decision easy’: Green hits back at Payten over messy Warriors exit – Fox Sports
Knights signing Blake Green has responded to his former coach at the Warriors Todd Payten’s assertion that he didn’t want to be at the New Zealand club.
Green linked with the Knights for the remainder of the 2020 season after falling out of favour with Warriors club management, but the journeyman No.6 maintains the decision was out of his hands.
It is what it is, Green said on Fox Leagues Super Saturday.
