Housing sentiment drops as prices and sales weaken – The Australian Financial Review
An NAB survey has found sentiment has dropped to 60 points in the third quarter from a record 71 points the quarter before.

In line with this, the survey is also pointing to a market that has passed its peak rate of growth after the COVID-led dip in 2020, they noted.
