Police have slammed people who aren’t following the Stage 4 lockdown rules as putting other Victorians at risk.

Almost 200 Victorians have been fined in the past 24 hours for breaking the states strict coronavirus rules.
Thirty-nine people were fined for not wearing a mask, six fined at vehicle checkpoints and 62 fined for breaking curfew.
A further 90 people were fined for an undisclosed reason.
One Victoria told police he was travelling on a city-bound train near Lalor, outside the 5km radius of his home, because he wanted to get some fresh air.
