The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) has upheld three charges issued against disgraced trainer Ben Currie.
The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) has upheld three charges issued against disgraced trainer Ben Currie.
The Queensland Racing Integrity Commission (QRIC) stewards found Currie guilty of 12 charges after opening an inquiry in April 2018 “into alleged activities that occurred at Mr Currie’s Hursley Road stables in Toowoomba on the mornings of 7 April 2018 and 24 March 2018”.
