Kate Langbroek reflects on 17-year-old son’s previous leukaemia battle: ‘Gruelling, terrible, frightening and painful’ – 9TheFIX

Kate Langbroek has paid tribute to her son Lewis on his 17th birthday.
The Australian radio and TV presenter, 54, who is currently based in Italy, shared a heartfelt tribute to Lewis recalling how he beat leukaemia in 2013 after a three-and-a-half-year fight.
“Today is an important day. It is my eldest son’s birthday; 17, which seems like a miracle because in 2009, when he was six, Lewis Lewis nearly died,” Langbroek wrote on Instagram on August 7.
