Panthers block fiery loan prop playing against them in NRL first – Sydney Morning Herald
Jack Hetherington has made a difference to the Warriors since joining the club on loan. But he won’t be allowed to play against his parent club next week.
They are due to return to their original clubs next season and the loan agreement allowed the pair to play against each other in round 19, although Momirovski will miss the match through injury.
But no NRL loan arrangement has involved the parent club specifying their player can’t play against them until the case of Hetherington, who has been impressive for the Warriors since joining them last month.
