World champions? Three Lions toppled as England humbled… by Ireland – Fox Sports
Ireland have caused a stunning boilover to topple world champions England by seven wickets in the third game of their one-day international series at the Ageas Bowl.
Ireland first took down the Three Lions in 2011 when Kevin OBrien blasted the quickest century in Cricket World Cup history with 113 off 63 balls.
It was OBrien again who got to have the final say as he hit a single off Saqib Mahmood with another ball to spare to ice the shock victory for Ireland.
