Adelaide’s ruthless selection calls have cast doubt on the futures of three established players as the Crows continue their rebuild and desperate search for their first win in 2020.
The Crows made eight changes for their Wednesday night clash against Melbourne, with four players managed and four players omitted.
The bold team calls came hours after club chief executive Andrew Fagan officially declared Adelaides commitment to a full-scale rebuild. In a letter to members, Fagan asked members for patience and confirmed the club was now aggressively rejuvenating the playing list with a strong emphasis on youth.
