AFL great Sam Newman has lashed the Victorian government over the complete closure of golf clubs in Melbourne.
All golf clubs and facilities were forced to close last Sunday as premier Daniel Andrews enacted a range of tougher measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 in the city last week.
The Victorian premier turned the screws even further on Monday, announcing a shutdown of Victorian businesses that will put another 250,000 people out of work.
