Man burned with ‘unknown substance’ in random West End attack
A man has been rushed to hospital with serious burns to his chest and neck after an unknown substance was poured over him at an inner-Brisbane intersection on Monday.
Police said two men were arrested at the scene in West End and were being questioned.
