Mark McGowan says COVID-positive diplomat ‘low risk’ to community, as 12 ship crew also diagnosed

An Australian diplomat has tested positive for COVID-19 after arriving in Western Australia on Wednesday, with another 12 positive cases identified on board an oil tanker docked in Fremantle.

The diplomat, aged in his 30s, travelled from Serbia to Perth via Dubai with his wife and young child.
