The Perth property market is returning to pre-pandemic levels according to Reiwa. Here are all the key numbers.

Sales activity remained strong in Perth, with Reiwas July data showing numbers increased 68 percent compared to April across both dwelling and land sales.
President Damian Collins said while sales activity had reduced during the initial stages of the COVID-19 restrictions, it was great to see levels return to where they were before the pandemic hit.
Land sales increased 121 per cent compared to April.
