Worker dies after ground collapses at FMG Pilbara mine site – Sydney Morning Herald
A worker died after ground collapsed at Fortescue Metals Group’s Solomon Hub this morning and operations have been suspended.
Todays incident follows a death at Citic Pacifics Sino Iron operation two weeks ago. A maintenance worker died from injuries after a fall.
