COVID-19 positive woman charged with drink driving after allegedly flouting Canberra’s lockdown rules

A Canberra woman who had tested positive to COVID-19 and was supposed to be in quarantine at home was allegedly caught drink driving with two passengers in her car in the early hours of Sunday morning.
