NT judge dismisses appeal against anti-fracking protesters who dug holes in lawn outside parliament

Two anti-fracking protesters who drilled holes in the lawn outside the Northern Territory parliament have had a legal victory, after the Supreme Court dismissed an appeal by prosecutors against their non-convictions for criminal damage.
