Westpac names Macquarie veteran as BT boss – The Australian Financial Review
Matthew Rady joins Australia’s oldest bank in the midst of a sale of its superannuation and investment platform assets.
The BT life insurance business was sold to Japanese-owned TAL in August and the general insurance arm went to Allianz in December last year. In March 2019, it sold and closed all the BT financial advice operations.
