Accused Victoria Park double murderer Luke Fawcett made ‘to-do list’, Perth court told

A Perth man made a “rehearsal video” and a “to-do list” in the weeks before he fatally attacked his neighbour and then killed her brother when he came to check on her, the WA Supreme Court has been told.
