Territory Labor declares victory for Dheran Young in Daly by-election

Territory Labor has won the Daly by-election, with candidate Dheran Young wresting the seat off the Country Liberal Party (CLP) opposition.

Northern Territory Chief Minister Michael Gunner took to social media to declare victory around an hour and a half after polls closed on Saturday night.
