Calls to remove Burwood LGA from strict COVID-19 restrictions after few cases recorded

It has recorded just 34 new COVID-19 cases in the past four weeks. 

But the local government area (LGA) of Burwood, in Sydney’s inner-west, is still being subject to the state’s most stringent restrictions.

Some residents say they’re losing hope.
